- Fresh Grouper Fillets come direct from Frenchy’s Seafood Company. Frenchy has a fleet of boats that line catch grouper and snapper. The grouper is prepped and shipped daily from our docks in Clearwater, Florida. Early in the morning, the fisherman unloads their boats, and the fish cutters prep them fresh. If you order by 2:00 pm, the fresh filets will be delivered to your door the next day!
